Trademark claim is ridiculous

When I read that a man is fighting over the right to use the word "Whitefish" in a magazine about Whitefish, I just about smacked myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

I've heard of some ridiculous lawsuit claims, and this is right up with the strangest of them.

You can't possibly claim the "rights" to use the name of a city for your magazine alone.

If Ron Wright is willing to go to court over the name of the town he lives in, he ought to move.
