Unchristian behavior

| July 27, 2005 11:00 PM

G.W. Bush flaunts his "morals, values and faith" posture. Considering that Christ emphasized care and support for the poor, peacekeeping and peacekeepers, one must ask whether Bush is really Christian. The Bible makes 3,000 references to concern for the poor.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say give alms to the rich and bread to the gluttons.

Bush the Emperor put his thumb down on stem cell research blabbing about taking a life to save a life. Meanwhile cutting health care for the poor people that result in the highest infant mortality rate in the industrialized world.

Real and responsible Christians don't boastfully flaunt their faith, Bush does! His unchristian record leaves us with a self-promoted Christian in words, not deeds, and arrogant fake. Who voted for the "fraud" that really worships oil, tons of money and gives away American tax dollars by the billions to Exxon, Halliburton and Bechtel?

Using our sons and daughters to kill Iraq's people while Bush and all his cronies keep their children, nephews, nieces and cousins at home in the best schools with full health care and trust funds and anything else they require.

No one needs to wrap his or her brain in a bible to be a caring, compassionate individual. Bush is no different than the CEOs that pay themselves millions plus bonuses and stocks while declaring their company bankrupt and leaving hundreds of thousands of workers without jobs or pensions they invested in. Moral values? I don't think so.
