NO. 2818 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING At the regular meeting of the Whitefish City Council on Monday, June 16, 2025 at 7:10 pm, the Council will hold a public hearing on the item listed below. The Council meets in Whitefish City Council Chambers, Whitefish, Montana. 1. A request by Big Mountain River LLC for a second 24-month extension to the Big Mountain River subdivision. This subdivision consists of 20-unit townhouse subdivision on 2.4 acres and is located at 244, 314 and 322 W 2nd Street. The property is currently undeveloped, is zoned WR-3 (Low Density Multi-Family Residential District) and can be legally described as Hendrix, Lots 1,2; Grandview, Lot 12 in S36 T31N R22W P.M.M., Flathead County.
