Whitefish Local Government Review public hearing

The Whitefish Local Government Review Study Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 2 at 7 p.m. in the Whitefish City Council Chambers located at 418 E. Second St.  

The purpose of the study commission is to study the existing form and powers of the local government and procedures for delivery of local government services and compare them with other forms available under the laws of the state.  

The commission invites all interested parties to attend the public hearing and provide comments relevant to its Tentative Report.

Individuals may attend in person to provide comments or submit written testimony for the hearing to comment on the proposed Tentative Report. Written comments may be delivered or mailed to the Whitefish City Clerk, 418 E. Second St., PO Box 158, Whitefish, MT, 59937, or emailed to mhowke@cityofwhitefish.gov by 4 p.m. on July 2.
