Police Calls: Quick thinking beach stalker

The caller on Pheasant Run thought the banging noise that was shaking her house was coming from the apartment near her.
The female biker with a dog on East Fourth Street was advised to keep her dog on a leash.
Someone who works downtown asked police to get three males with shaggy hair on Central Avenue to move along.
Someone reported losing a wallet on Edgewood Drive.
The caller was looking for her vehicle that had been towed from a dispensary, but she could not recall the name of the dispensary.
The caller said a newer, white Toyota Tundra cut him off and drove onto the curb a couple times on Baker Avenue.
Reportedly, the subject went to the salad bar too many times and did not pay for seconds. The man said he thought it was an “all you can eat style buffet.”
The caller reported seeing two youths on dirt bikes doing damage to grass.
An extremely intoxicated white male with ginger hair was reportedly following people at City Beach. He said he was not following anyone and that he was sitting on a bench with his girlfriend and her mother. After police spoke to the women, it was learned they had no clue who he was and had just sat down two minutes earlier. The male was counselled on his behavior.
A group of three white males were on Central Avenue harassing people and asking for money. When people told them ‘No,’ they got hostile and started yelling and cussing at them.
A dog described as aggressive repeatedly entered a restaurant on Central Avenue. The caller said the dog does not let him get close enough to look at his collar, said the dog has been there 10 times this month and he is worried the dog might attack someone.
