City of Whitefish has committee vacancies

The City of Whitefish is seeking dedicated community members to serve on various vacant boards and committees. This is an opportunity to get involved, contribute to local decision-making and help shape the future of the city.  

Residents interested in volunteering should submit a letter of interest by end of day on April 23.  

Architectural Review Committee – three positions, 3-year term.  

Board of Appeals  – one position, term not designated.  

Board of Park Commissioners – three positions, 2-year term. 

Convention and Visitors Bureau – three positions, 3-year term.  

Flathead Conservation District Board – one position, to serve as an urban supervisor, to complete the term ending Dec. 31 2025 

Resort Tax Monitoring Committee – two positions, 3-year term.  

Whitefish Housing Authority – two positions, one to complete the term ending Dec. 31, 2025, one to complete the term ending Dec. 31, 2028. For more information on this position, contact Acting Director Marissa Getts, mgetts@whitefishhousing.org.
