John Allen Phillips, 87

John Allen Phillips was called to glory on Monday, March 20, 2023, at the age of 87. John was born October 31, 1935, in Whitefish to Allen and Jeanne Phillips. He attended K-12 in Whitefish and began his railroad career as a teenager. He retired from the railroad with 47 years of employ. John was an honorably discharged from the U.S Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents Allen and Jeanne Phillips and his sister, Kathleen Donovan.

John is survived by his children, Mick (Laurie) Phillips, Curt (Shelly) Phillips, Velvet (Steve) Phillips-Sullivan, Kelly Frandsen-Magness, Trish (Jeff) Krier, Cheryl (Marty) Drake, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many others.

Services will be held at Bible Baptist Church (64 Dove Lane - Kalispell) on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to Bible Baptist Church, the National Rifle Association, or the charity of your choosing.
