No. 2659 WHITEFISH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish City Council will be held in person on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 7:10 pm at the Whitefish City Council Chambers in City Hall. 1. A request by True North Partners LLC is requesting preliminary plat approval for a 29-lot subdivision (5-commercial lots and 24 residential lots (48 townhouse units)). The property is currently partially developed with a commercial use on the highway with the remainder undeveloped. It is zoned WB-2 (Secondary Business District) and WR-2 (Two-Family Residential District).
