No. 2656 WHITEFISH PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The regular meeting of the Whitefish Planning Board will be held in person on Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Whitefish City Council Chambers in City Hall. Upon receipt of the recommendation from the Planning Board, the Whitefish City Council will hold a subsequent public hearing for item 1 on Monday, October 3, 2022. City Council meetings start at 7:10 pm and will also be held in person at City Hall. A request by Brett Wrathall for a Conditional Use Permit to build a guesthouse. The property is currently developed with a single-family home and a garage and is zoned WR-1 (Single-Family Residential District). The property is located at 430 Parkway Drive and can be legally described as S25, T31 N, R22 W, C.O.S. 19203, Parcel 1, TR 7X IN L1, Flathead County.
