No. 2605 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMITS The City of Whitefish Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: A request by Kurt Vomfell of Terra Designworks, on behalf of Casa Marco Montana LLC, for a floodplain development permit to remove an existing failing concrete sea wall that is below that high water elevation of 3000.79 and renaturalize the shoreline with vegetated rip rap. The property is located at 235 Glenwood Drive and can be legally described as Lot 6, GE1 Subdivision, in Section 31, Township 25 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., in Flathead County, Montana. A request by Kurt Vomfell of Terra Designworks, on behalf of CCR FLP Holdings, LP, for a floodplain development permit to remove an existing failing 5' tall concrete sea wall that is below that high water elevation of 3000.79 and re-naturalize the shoreline with vegetated rip rap. The property is located at 245 Glenwood Drive and can be legally described as Lot 5, GE1 Subdivision, in Section 31, Township 25 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., in Flathead County, Montana.
