No. 2602 East Smith Lake Easement Exchange: The Montana DNRC, Stillwater Unit, has received an easement request from Eagle Rock Montana LLC at the north end of Whitefish Lake in Section 33, T32N, R22W. The proposed easement will construct approximately 1.8 miles of new road to facilitate legal access for three private/adjacent landowners and allow access to perform forest management on State trust lands.
