The Board of Adjustments meets in the Whitefish Council Chambers at City Hall, at 418 E. 2nd Street, Whitefish, Montana. A request by Andrew and Denise Strong are requesting a variance to replace a non-conforming staircase within the front yard setbacks.The property is currently developed with an existing residential dwelling and is zoned WR-4 (High Density Multi-Family Residential District). The property is located at 405 Central Avenue and can be legally described asn Lot 24 in Block 61 of WFSH in Section 36, Township 31 North, and Range 22 West, Flathead County, P.M.M.
