7:16 p.m. A car struck a retaining wall on the viaduct due to sliding on ice.

4:36 p.m. A broken water pipe appeared to be the cause of water in the road on 7th Street.

11:48 a.m. A door to a home on Park Ave was open despite the cold because the owner was doing construction.
