Don “K” awarded top customer service award
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, in cooperation with J.D. Power, announced that Don “K” Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram has been awarded the coveted 2019 Customer First for Excellence Certification by J.D. Power company.
J. D. Power said that the achievement by the Don “K” team was the highest level of customer experience recognition in the history of the program. It recognizes top performance in five core areas of Processes, Customer Treatment, Employee Engagement, Facilities and Training Certification. In short, an all-encompassing emphasis on attention to detail in customer experience.
“We are humbled and grateful for the recognition of what our exceptional team is dedicated to achieving every day,” Don Kaltschmidt said. “Our commitment to our many loyal customers is the hallmark of our business ethic and it feels great to be recognized for it.”

Service Manager for the Whitefish dealership Greg Shaffer said that his many technical experts are always there to notice the details and “we try very hard to get them right the first time and every time a customer trusts us with their vehicle.”
