Thursday, July 2

7:52 a.m. The caller reported repeated sightings of people camping off Wisconsin Avenue.

8:17 a.m. A man made threats to the caller after a parking dispute arose.

12:24 p.m. A dangerous hole was left behind in a sidewalk after a tree was removed near Spokane Avenue.

2:28 p.m. The caller was worried the speeding cars on Armory Road could injure kids.

Friday, July 3

9:17 a.m. Cows were “all over the road” after a break occurred in a fence near Seventh Street.

1:57 p.m. A chocolate lab named Mandy was on the loose.

8:07 p.m. A dead end sign had been knocked down on Lakeshore Drive.

10:09 p.m. Someone was shooting off fireworks near Skyles Place.

Saturday, July 4

12:25 a.m. Three men were being aggressive and trying to start fights on Spokane Avenue.

4:07 p.m. The caller wa upset people nearby were setting off homemade fireworks that sounded like bombs.

6:29 p.m. A Baker Avenue resident said her neighborhood felt like a “war zone” because off all the fireworks, which she described as big “kapows.”

8:45 p.m. A man fell through a glass window.

9:31 a.m. A purse was found in downtown Whitefish.

10:38 a.m. A caller reported burning her hand after a man handed her a lit firework at a party the previous day.

10:46 a.m. A transient was harrassing people on Baker Avenue.

10:22 p.m. The people shooting off fireworks on Denver Street got “very violent verbally” after being confronted by the caller.

Monday, July 6

7:17 a.m. The Skyles Place caller was frustrated with the “earth shattering” construction noises happening across the street.

6:02 p.m. The caller believed the nearby fireworks were coming from beneath the viaduct.

6:39 p.m. The woman protesting at the court house had a lewd sign involving the President, the flag and defecation.

6:23 a.m. A small sheep dog was found along Highway 93.

10:13 a.m. A caller had questions about the city’s mask mandate.

5:52 p.m. The caller spotted someone drinking Bud Light while they were driving.

Wednesday, July 8

8:43 a.m. A woman drove onto the sidewalk and took out picnic tables and a stop sign on First Street.

10:58 a.m. The caller had video footage of an overnight theft at her business.

4:56 p.m. A caller was worried some Second Street gas pumps had been tampered with.

2:47 p.m. A dog “barreled over” the caller while she was golfing, though she believed the dog was nonaggressive and just excited to chase the golf ball.

Friday, July 10

8:22 a.m. The caller got into an argument with the man living in her garage on Kalispell Avenue.

8:24 p.m. The caller was worried about the elderly woman that wandered her neighborhood.

8:54 p.m. A Lakeshore Drive caller reported both noisy, partying neighbors as well as one of those neighbors exposing himself to some minors.

10:05 p.m. The caller was requesting officers come to her home to prove she’d been drinking with a breathalyzer.

10:41 p.m. A Ramsey Avenue caller’s neighbors were lighting off fireworks.
